I'm a final year Art Psychotherapy Trainee in my third and final year of a Masters training to become an integrative Art Psychotherapist. I am a trainee member of the British Association of Art Therapists and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I have an arts background and degree in Cultural Studies from Norwich University of the Arts. More recently, I completed a Diploma in the Therapeutic Use of the Arts in Therapy and Education and have qualifcations in Level 2 Counselling and Mental Health First Aid.
As part of my training, for the past three years I have been working with clients in the NHS and charity settings. I have worked with a range of clients and issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, identity confusion, dementia and psychosis.

As an integrative art therapist, my art therapy practice promotes healing and personal growth through the use of multiple art forms—including visual art, movement, music, writing, and other creative processes—as tools for exploration, expression, and transformation.
Rooted in a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, my practice draws from a range of theoretical perspectives including psychodynamic, somatic, and relational frameworks. With a strong emphasis on client empowerment, I hope to create a therapeutic space that invites individuals to engage with their inner world creatively, helping them to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.
Through this process, clients are supported to reconnect with their strengths, express what may be difficult to put into words, and make meaningful changes aligned with their values and aspirations.
