Service Description
Art therapy sessions are 50-minutes long and take place in-person with a Trainee Art Psychotherapist in a quiet, private space. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy, using creative techniques to help you explore your inner worlds and emotions through creative practice. Depending on your needs, we might use sessions to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences through talking therapy, or use a range of creative mediums. We will complete an assessment over several sessions to determine the length and goals of therapy and if art therapy is right for you. Sessions usually take place at the same time, weekly, over a number of weeks or months, depending on availability and the type of issues you wish to focus on.
